The Swing Plate Extension Pole allows for a host of new drills to be performed when using The Swing Plate. Extending from 1.1m to 2.2m, it provides a wide range of uses, such as being able to control unwanted head movement, body sway and even create a swing gate. The Extension Pole is fully adjustable with a simple clip lock so you can find a custom length for your drills; it can also fit into your golf bag!
