The Women’s Summer Commemorative honours one of the most anticipated events of the year, and this year’s staff bag is worthy of the occasion. Patterns of red, white and blue are prominently featured on the bag’s exterior and an American flag can be found on the valuables pocket. This bag is a fusion of performance and storytelling, rooted in place, history, and identity.

DESIGN INSPIRATION

Throughout the staff bag, nods to the host state of Wisconsin can be found. The red, white and blue plaid pattern pays respect to the course’s use of similar colorways. ‘Badger State’ is inscribed on the bottom collar and a piece of cheese sits front and center. The year 2006 on the handle marks the course’s opening.

STATE FLOWER TRIBUTE

On the topside valuables pocket, purple flower petals pay tribute to Wisconsin’s state flower, the Wisconsin Wood Violet. The same petals can be found on the interior linings of the pockets. On either side panel, three-leaf clovers in the form of TaylorMade logos are shown.
