TaylorMade's largest core to date decreases contact time, resulting in more energy retention and faster ball speeds on high swing-speed shots. New thinner mantle layers with new material compositions refine the speed gradient and fine-tune spin throughout flight. A thinner, more durable cast urethane cover pinches against the hardest outer mantle layer and the club face for high spin around the greens.

A more precise and controlled application of paint creates our most consistent outer layer. Microcoating limits paint pooling to maximise the aerodynamics of the dimple pattern. The new TP5 will have more repeatable flights and tighter

dispersion.

Deeper dimple shape minimises air turbulence, optimising the lift to drag ratio for a lower, more penetrating ball flight. Improved dimple shaping eliminates ballooning for a more consistent and predictable ball flight.

A symmetrical diamond pattern design and balanced composition of high-contrast colours generate easy-to-see feedback lines while putting. Paired with a long centre line for easier alignment.
