1. This prize draw is promoted by American Golf (Trading) Limited for all new and existing American Golf Clubcard Members who successfully complete the challenge in the participating American Golf stores over the dates 9th to 30th July 2024. Participants must successfully beat the American Golf fitter at hitting closer to 123 yards using the in store virtual technology. They must also complete the specified prize draw form (via a store staff member). The prize draw, entries, and results are managed by American Golf (Trading) Limited. Please read the terms and conditions below which apply to this prize draw. By entering this prize draw and providing your personal details (i.e. email address), you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any enquiries about the prize draw or associated terms and conditions should solely be directed to American Golf (Trading) Limited.

2. To be eligible to win, participants must successfully get closer to 123 yards than the American Golf fitter.

3. Participants who successfully complete the challenge will be entered into the prize draw where one winner will be selected at random.

4. This prize draw is open to all New and Existing Club Card Members, who are aged 18 years old or over at the time of entry (successfully completing the challenge and the specified prize draw entry form).

5. To enter the prize draw, you must successfully complete all fields on the prize draw entry form (via a store staff member). By providing your email address on the form, you will consent to be contacted should you be the winner selected at random. There is an email marketing consent box on the prize draw form, for you to tick should you wish to receive regular email updates and news from American Golf

6. The prize draw will be open from 9th to 30th July 2024, close of business

7. You may not enter and will not be entered into this prize draw if you are: (a) an employee, agent or supplier of American Golf or of its group companies; or (b) in any way professionally connected with this Promotion or its sponsorship or administration

8. There is a limit to one entry per individual. You will only be able to enter the prize draw once. Joint entries made on behalf of another person to this prize draw are not allowed. If you complete the prize draw multiple times, your entries will be removed, and you will be disqualified

9. The winner will receive a £1000 American Golf gift card and two tickets to The Open at Port Rush 2025. The Open tickets will be sent in 2025 near to the The Open Championship. Does not include travel or accommodation.

10. The above prize mentioned in point 9 cannot be sold or exchanged.

11. American Golf will contact, using its reasonable efforts, the winner via the email address provided on the prize draw form, on or after 31st July 2024. It is an entrant's responsibility to ensure this email address is correct. American Golf will request any further information it deems necessary and will provide details on how the winner can claim the prize.

12. If, after sufficient attempts, the winner cannot be contacted by 23.59 on 14th August 2024, a new winner will be selected.

13. If the winner chooses not to accept the prize, a new winner will be selected at random.

14. Any personal data captured through the prize draw entry form will be used for the purpose of the prize draw. Your data will also be stored in the American Golf database and may be used for anonymous analysis purposes. If you choose to opt in to email marketing, the data you supply to us may be used to tailor the types of products and services we market to you. Entrants' personal data will be handled in accordance with American Golf's privacy policy available at: www.americangolf.co.uk/content/privacy-policy.

15. Prize draw entries that contain any offensive or inappropriate content including (but not limited to): (a) obscene, indecent or pornographic content; (b) content liable to incite racial hatred or acts of terrorism; (c) violent content; (d) excessive profanity; (e) content that is harmful to minors in any way; or (f) content that is otherwise harmful, unlawful or illegal, will be deleted and the individual's entry disqualified at American Golf's sole discretion.

16. American Golf will not accept entries into this prize draw that are: a) completed by third parties or in bulk; b) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged, or tampered with; or c) incomplete. American Golf may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter this prize draw.

17. American Golf's decision is final in relation to this prize draw and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

18. American Golf is not responsible for entries into this prize draw that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software or failure of any kind.

19. Entrants agree that, to the extent permitted by law, American Golf and its employees, will not be responsible for any liability for any losses or damages of any kind resulting from the use of a Prize or participation in this prize draw. Nothing in these terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any liability of American Golf for fraudulent misrepresentation, fraud, death or personal injury caused by American Golf's negligence or any other liability to the extent the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law.

20. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, American Golf may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude an individual from participating in this prize draw. American Golf reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to unforeseen circumstances.

21. American Golf may, at its sole discretion, cancel or amend these terms and conditions if it has reasonable grounds for doing so. American Golf will notify you of any such changes to these terms and conditions by email.

22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. You and American Golf agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

23. If you aren’t currently a club card member, then you can join for free at the till point No purchase necessary.

24. To be eligible to win the prize you must hold a valid American Golf Club Card.

25. The winner agrees to American Golf (Trading) using the winner’s name, photo or video in any marketing, advertising or publicity.
