        1. You may only use your American Golf Club card in American Golf stores or online at www.americangolf.co.uk.
        2. It is a condition of having an American Golf Club card that you provide American Golf with your contact details. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to become a member of the American Golf Club and that American Golf can contact you with offers by post, email, and phone.
        3. You can opt out in-store, by contacting our customer service team on 01925 939999, by emailing cs@americangolf.co.uk, or by writing to: American Golf Customer Services, Units 1-4 Priestley Road, Wardley Industrial Estate, Worsley, Manchester, M28 2LY.
        4. Emails from American Golf use Open Tracking to improve your email experience. By providing your email address, you allow American Golf to use Open Tracking. For more information, please see our privacy policy at www.americangolf.co.uk/privacy.
        5. To take advantage of member-only deals and discount vouchers, you must present your American Golf Club card at the time of purchase.
        6. The American Golf Club is open to all UK & ROI residents aged 18 years or over.
        7. The American Golf Club card is not transferable and can only be used by the person to whom the card is issued.
        8. If your card is lost or stolen, please notify us by contacting our customer service team on 01925 939999, or by emailing cs@americangolf.co.uk.
        9. Calls to our customer service team will be charged at national rates, plus your phone provider’s access charge.
        10. The American Golf Club card issued to you remains the property of American Golf and must be surrendered upon request. It is not a credit, debit, or cheque guarantee card.
        11. American Golf may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme.
        12. In the case of a dispute, the decisions of American Golf shall be final and binding. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
        13. American Golf Club vouchers and coupon mailings can only be used in American Golf stores and online at www.americangolf.co.uk when presented in conjunction with an American Golf Club card.
        14. All promotions and mailings are subject to availability.

        1. Voucher valid for one single use.
        2. You must spend £10 or more in a single transaction, by midnight on the end date shown. No change given. No cash value.
        3. £10 minimum spend excludes purchases of gift cards and delivery charges.

        1. There will be one winner who will receive a Fourball at the Wentworth Club, Virginia Water, Surrey in 2025.
        2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
        3. The prize winner must be one of the four players in the group.
        4. The prize winner will be asked to choose a date range they can play. If American Golf or its partners cannot accommodate the chosen date, two alternative dates will be provided. It is the prize winner's responsibility to adjust their availability to the dates offered by American Golf or its partners.
        5. American Golf and its partners are not responsible for course conditions or closures, including temporary greens, closed holes, or any other course-related issues.
        6. American Golf takes no responsibility for missed tee times.
        7. Entry into the prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 and over only.
        8. To enter, AG Club members must follow the instructions detailed in an AG Club email.
        9. The prize draw will close at midnight on the 28th of February 2025.
        10. The winner will be selected at random and notified 7 days after the prize draw closes from all valid entries.
        11. American Golf will contact the winner using the email address provided during entry. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner after the closing date.
        12. Entrants are responsible for ensuring the email address provided is correct. American Golf may request additional information from the winner to facilitate prize delivery.
        13. The winner must accept the prize by following the instructions sent in the winner’s email within four days of being notified.
        14. If the winner fails to accept the prize within the specified timeframe, a new winner will be randomly selected.
        15. If no response is received after contacting three consecutive winners, American Golf reserves the right to withdraw the prize and repurpose it for a future promotion or event.
        16. By entering the prize draw and opting into email marketing, the personal data you supply to us may be used to tailor personalised email marketing communications. The data provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with American Golf's privacy policy available at: www.americangolf.co.uk/content/privacy-policy.html.

        18. American Golf is not responsible for entries into this prize draw that are lost due to equipment failure, technical malfunctions, systems issues, network errors, or any other failures.
        19. You may not enter the prize draw if you are: (a) an employee, agent, or supplier of American Golf or its group companies; or (b) in any way professionally connected with this promotion, its sponsorship, or administration.
        20. American Golf's decision is final in relation to this prize draw, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
        21. American Golf may, at its sole discretion, cancel or amend these terms and conditions if it has reasonable grounds for doing so. American Golf will notify you of any such changes by email.
        22. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. You and American Golf agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

        By entering this prize draw, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You also acknowledge that you meet the eligibility requirements set out below. This promotion is governed by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

        1. Eligibility

        The prize draw is open exclusively to residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Golf Holidays Direct, The QHotels Collection, as well as their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion, are not eligible to enter. Entrants will only be eligible to win if they are a member of American Golf’s “AG Club” loyalty programme.

        2. How to Enter
        To participate in the prize draw, entrants must complete the entry form available on the Golf Holidays Direct website. Entry is entirely free, and no purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted to ensure fairness to all participants.

        3. Prize Details

        The winner will receive a three-night stay, including two rounds of golf for the winner and one friend at Slaley Hall, by QHotels Collection resort. This prize must be redeemed by 31st June 2025. Please note that the prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. Travel arrangements to and from the resort, along with any additional expenses, are not included in the prize.

        4. Draw Dates and Winner Selection

        The prize draw will run from Saturday, 1 st February 2025 at 00:00:00 UTC until 28th February 2025 at 23:59:59 UTC. The winner will be chosen through an internal selection process using a random number generator to ensure fairness. Once selected, the winner will be notified via email within seven days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Golf Holidays Direct reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

        5. Data Collection and Consent

        By entering the prize draw, participants consent to their personal information being collected and used by Golf Holidays Direct for marketing purposes, as well as sharing with American Golf for the use of eligibility checks against their “AG Club” loyalty programme. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.

        6. General Terms

        Golf Holidays Direct reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw, along with these terms and conditions, without prior notice should any unforeseen circumstances arise. All decisions made by Golf Holidays Direct regarding the prize draw are final, and no further correspondence will be entered into. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

        7. Liability

        Neither American Golf, Golf Holidays Direct nor The QHotels Collection shall be held responsible for any damage, loss, or injury suffered by any participant as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
