The carry/stand bag is much more lightweight and compact in comparison to the trolley/cart bag. This is due to the fact that these are designed to not sit on a trolley and are aimed at someone who wishes to carry their golf bag around the course but still requires a suitable amount of storage space. These bags therefore have legs attached to the side of the bag and contain a double strap, which enables maximum comfort. The reasoning for the attached legs is firstly because it makes it easier for you to access clubs or accessories in your bag without bending over and also prevents it from laying on the ground. Carry/stand bags come with different dividers at the top as they can start from 2 dividers right up to 14. Most commonly the standard carry bag usually has four to five dividers at the top in order to ensure the bag is as compact and lightweight as possible.
