This Prize Draw is promoted by American Golf (Trading) Limited) for all American Golf Club Members who successfully purchase a custom fitted club in an American Golf between 18th January - 31st January. Entries and results are managed by American Golf (Trading) Limited. Please read the terms and conditions below which apply to this prize draw. By entering this prize draw and providing your personal details (i.e. email address), you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

This prize draw is open to all Club Members, who are aged 18 years old or over at the time of entry and are residents within the United Kingdom.

To enter the prize draw customers must get fitted for and purchase any custom fitted club before 1st February in any American Golf store (excludes online). By providing your email address, you will consent to be contacted should you be the winner. There is an email marketing consent box for you to tick should you wish to receive regular email updates and news from American Golf.

The prize draw will be open between 00:01 on 18th January 2025 to 11.59 on 31st January 2025 (closing date).

You may not enter and will not be entered into this prize draw if you are:

(a) an employee, agent or supplier of American Golf or of its group companies;

or

(b)an employee, agent or supplier of American Golf or of its group companies;

There will be one winner who will be chosen by 10th February 2025 (following the end of the prize draw) using data captured from all valid entries.

The winner will receive the cost of their fitted clubs back up to the value of £1,000.

The above prize mentioned in point 8 cannot be sold or exchanged.

American Golf will contact, using its reasonable efforts, the winner via the email address provided on the prize draw form, on or after 10th February 2025. It is an entrant's responsibility to ensure this email address is correct. American Golf will request any further information it deems necessary and will provide details on how the winner can claim the prize.

If, after sufficient attempts, the winner cannot be contacted by 23.59 on 10th February 2025, a new winner will be randomly selected.

If the selected winner chooses not to accept the prize, a new winner will be randomly selected.

Any personal data captured will be used for the purpose of the prize draw. If you choose to opt in to email marketing, the data you supply to us may be used to tailor the types of products and services we market to you. The data provided by entrants will be processed in accordance with American Golf's privacy policy available at: www.americangolf.co.uk/content/privacy-policy.

American Golf's decision is final in relation to this prize draw and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, American Golf may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude an individual from participating in this prize draw. American Golf reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend this prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to unforeseen circumstances.

American Golf may, at its sole discretion, cancel or amend these terms and conditions if it has reasonable grounds for doing so. American Golf will notify you of any such changes to these terms and conditions by email.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law. You and American Golf agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

No purchase is necessary to join the American Golf Club. To be eligible to win the prize draw you must hold a valid American Golf Club.

The winner agrees to American Golf (Trading) using the winner's name, photo or video in any marketing, advertising or publicity.
