Reserve and Collect

If you would like to pay for and collect your goods from us directly, you can use our Reserve & Collect service where any goods can be reserved at your store of choice where stock availability allows.

Please take a copy of your Order Confirmation or reservation number when you go to store to collect your items. You should leave at least 2 hours from when you place your order to when you come to collect it. All reservations need to be collected by the close of business next working day. Should this be a problem, or you wish to collect on a specific day, then please contact the store directly, giving your reservation number and the day on which you are able to come to the store, so the goods can continue to be reserved. The reserve & collect pick up point is the store till located in store. Your order has not been paid for therefore you will be required to pay in store.

Deliver To Store

We also offer customers the choice of ‘Deliver to Store’ option, where stock availability allows. Customers choose to have their order sent to a nearby store direct from our warehouse, rather than having it delivered to their home.

This makes waiting at home for a delivery, or travelling to a depot and queuing for a collection, things of the past.

To see whether a product is available for store delivery, simply look for the delivery options on the product page, and if you see a green tick against the delivery store option then you’re good to go!

Should you require a store delivery, simply select the option when the product has been placed in your shopping cart and you are ready to proceed with the transaction.

We dispatch Deliver to Store orders from our warehouse on weekdays only, and excluding Bank Holidays, to be available for collection in 2 working days. Orders placed before 5pm on a Monday will be available for collection from Wednesday. Orders placed on Friday before 5pm will be available for collection from Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays, when it will be available on Wednesday). Should an order be placed after 5pm Friday or over the Weekend, it will be ready for collection on Wednesday. Please ensure you wait until the scheduled day of collection and present Photo ID when you pick up your order such as Driving Licence or Passport.

Some products are not able to be selected for Deliver to Store so please check this beforehand or contact a member of our customer service team if still unsure.

How do I track my order?

We ship all of our orders on fully trackable services. You will receive an email with a link to your tracking, as soon as your order is dispatched from our Distribution Centre. You can also see instructions on how to track your purchase by visiting our Order Tracking page here.

How do I return something?

Please note that we do not provide free returns. To return unwanted items back to American Golf, please pop a note inside the package detailing your order number, full name and whether you would like a refund or exchange. To qualify for a return, please ensure the item is unused and in the original condition with all tags/stickers attached

*We recommend that you use an established courier company, with a tracked delivery service.* If you have paid with Credit or Debit card you can return your item to one of our stores. We will contact you once the item(s) have been received back to advise that the refund/exchange has been completed. Any goods that do not meet our returns terms and conditions will be shipped back to you.

What happens if I miss the couriers when they deliver?

To make your orders as secure as possible, all of our deliveries require a signature (currently not applicable due to Covid). If you miss the delivery of your order, the courier will attempt to deliver it to a neighbour. If this cannot be done, the courier will leave you a card informing you that a delivery has been attempted, with information about what will happen next. The courier may try to redeliver or another day, or you may be given options to choose new delivery options.

If you have any questions about the delivery of your order, our Aftersales team are there to assist you and can be contacted between 9am and 5pm (GMT) on weekdays.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed we are unable to cancel or make any amendments. To return unwanted items back to American Golf, please pop a note inside your package detailing your order number, full name and whether you would like a refund or exchange.
